The Pattern
One month before the 2005 HR Person of the Year Awards Dinner, we received a call regarding assistance in managing the registration for the event which, at that time, attracted more than 250 HR professionals. The next year, the event committee requested additional services from Seamless – they wanted us to assist in the entire event planning moving forward.
The Design
There were a lot of different details within this registration process, but, Seamless Events was able to execute it successfully even on short notice. It was the first year the committee members were not meeting in the afternoon to stuff name tags and designate table assignments. After our participation in just the registration process, we were asked by the committee to create a sustainable structure for the event moving forward, and, year after year, we keep adding to the professionalism of the entire event. The event now attracts close to 400 HR Professionals from the Delaware Valley. This is an event that HR professionals wait all year to attend.

The Pattern
After our participation in only the registration process at the 2005 event, we were asked to create a sustainable structure for the event moving forward, and, year after year, we keep adding to the stature of the event.
The Design
Even with the down economy and many events seeing drastically lower attendance numbers, we still managed to attract over 300 HR professionals to this year’s event through a strategic marketing plan and solid partnership with the organizing committee, sponsors, and event partners.

The Pattern
The Steering Committee was looking for an Event Management company to take their Summit to the next level. For a few years it seemed to be the same thing over and over. They wanted to add new creativity, opportunity and enjoyment to the annual conference.
The Design
Seamless Events evaluated what they had done in previous years and planned a very successful conference pulling in over 400 HR professionals, 100 exhibitors and plenty of new variety. The organization increased the professionalism and the attendees were noticing it. Year after year, Seamless Events’ keeps impressing our client with new additions, more creativity, and more drive to keep growing.

The Pattern
NSA MAC was looking for an Association Management company to take their organization to the next level. The board members had to manage the execution of the meetings. In hiring Seamless, they wanted to give their board members an opportunity to concentrate on meeting new members and nurturing long time members. NSA MAC wanted a company to handle all the details and be the glue that kept this organization together. They also wanted an organization to assist with strategic planning and execution of the the organization’s goals.

Seamless Events reviewed the entire chapter’s historical information and put a plan of action into place to step-up the productivity of the organization. We assisted in the execution of new strategies, the increase of new members, the implementation of new marketing efforts, and the production of exceptional events.

The Pattern
Seamless Events was approached by the President of the PAMA organization to help them organize their 2009 Marketer of the Year Awards. They needed assistance in soliciting nominations, applications, and sponsorships through solid demand generation for the awards dinner and presentation. They also wanted an event management company to aide in securing the venue and logistics for the event, as well as a registration process.
The Design
Seamless Events worked hand-in-hand with members of the PAMA board to pull together a remarkable evening for the attendees of the 2009 Marketer of the Year Awards Dinner and Presentation at the Crystal Team Room on Monday, May 18. The event honored the brightest marketing visionaries in the region and provided a keynote speech from John Owens, CMO, ING Direct. Seamless Events Inc. assisted with the application and nomination process, managed the judges, secured the venue, vendors, and logistics and provided a flawless registration process for the attendees.

The Pattern
Philadelphia SHRM realized in the early months of 2007 that their organization was not realizing its full potential. Membership and events were being maintained, but not properly managed and growing. Seamless Events was hired to do an analysis of the chapter’s current state, then, create a recommendation list of next steps. Within months, Seamless Events was asked to manage the entire chapter.
The Design
Seamless Events took as much information as provided to them in order to do a very thorough analysis and recommendation list for the chapter. After much work, they created an extensive outline of next steps in the short term and beyond. After this analysis was created, the Executive Board decided the organization needed an Association Management Company to increase the professionalism of the chapter and take this organization to the next level within the Philadelphia HR community. Seamless Events has assisted in the growth of membership, the implementation of new programs/content/speakers, the increase of finances within the chapter, the organized structure of the chapter’s board/committee, the implementation of a new website with new communication efforts and so forth.

The Pattern
After experiencing a financial loss on a previous event, the board members of PHRPS decided they needed the guidance and experience of seasoned event professionals with association management experience. Seamless Events was recommended to the board by a member of the organization to help them increase attendance, generate sponsorships, and coordinate event logistics.
The Design
Seamless Events stepped in during the final months leading up to their Annual PHRPS Leadership Forum. We worked with the venue, board members, and the keynote speaker to organize and prioritize. We then created a marketing plan, which included demand generation for the event that led to a significant increase in attendance and actually generated sponsorships for the association. On the day of the event, we executed a flawless registration process for the 250 attendees, set-up all event and sponsor materials, and coordinated all logistics with the venue.
