Connie Pearson-Bernard
President & Founder
Connie Pearson-Bernard, has years of experience as a professional event planner and association executive director. A one-of-a-kind association and event planner from early on, Pearson-Bernard began her career while in college where she helped many associations brand their chapters and plan events that increased awareness. 
Prior to founding Seamless Events Incorporated, Pearson-Bernard held several positions in the corporate world, most recently serving in Relationship Marketing for the entire US Business Marketing Group for Spherion at Microsoft Corporation. Her main role was to execute quarterly communication to over 10,000 of the top decision-making customers. Other responsibilities included managing budgets, event planning and executing, customer relationship management and much more.
Pearson-Bernard holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from West Chester University. She graduated with the honor of Magna Cum Laude and recognized as one of the most active leaders in the Communication Studies Department. You can also find her name listed in the Who’s Who Amongst Students in Universities and Colleges.

Jamie Kennedy
Senior Relationship Events & Association Manager
Jamie Kennedy is known for her creativity, exquisite attention to detail and innovative designs. Her combination of design knowledge and professionalism provides her a unique ability to conceptualize an event environment and to bring out the special personal touches that are needed to turn an ordinary event into an extraordinary memory to last a lifetime. 
Jamie has years of personal and professional experience in horticulture and floral design. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Planning and Design from Rutgers University, Cook College. While in school Jamie started her career at a unique three site florist specializing in wedding designs and upscale events where her naturally creative eye and true passion for design and event planning shined.
Prior to joining Seamless Events Incorporated, Jamie was most recently the marketing and client relationship manager for a global talent management firm. Her responsibilities included execution on all events, managing the logistics for large-scale projects, building strong relationships and delivering high quality services to all customers, clients and prospects. She has been recognized for her ability to work cross functionally and was part of a large account team that was nominated for their exceptional team performance. With this experience she brings her energetic personality, positive attitude, unlimited patience, professionalism and dedication to exemplary work ethic.
Stephanie Nickens
Relationship Events & Associations Manager
Stephanie Nickens turned her passion into reality when she started in the field of Events and Association Management. Her out of the box perspectives have resulted in unique, successful, and rewarding events for her clients. By providing attention to detail and excellent coordination, Stephanie ensures that all events go off without a hitch. 
Stephanie excelled in an internship with Seamless Events while in college, mastering the fundamentals of event planning and what it takes to stand out in the industry. There is nothing more rewarding for Stephanie than when she can contribute to an event’s tailored mission and goals, going above and beyond all expectations.
Stephanie graduated from West Chester University, Summa Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and a Studio Arts and Graphic Design Minor. During college, she served as an academic leader, historian, and corresponding secretary for her sorority.
Before joining the Seamless Events team full time, Stephanie most recently coordinated training and events for a regional employers’ association serving hundreds of companies’ training and development needs. Some of her responsibilities included coordinating various ongoing training programs and managing the company’s events calendar, registration process, and all pertinent event details. Stephanie was recognized for her hard work and dedication on special projects such as coordinating and executing the bi-annual training and services catalogs along with planning the company’s annual law conferences.
Leigh Ann Campbell
Relationship Events & Associations Manager
Leigh Ann Campbell brings high-energy and a “get it done” attitude to each event she plans. As Relationship Events Associate, she enjoys working with her clients to get a clear vision of their goals so she can bring them to life. Her creativity and attention to detail are a winning combination in delivering unique events that run seamlessly. 
Leigh Ann graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing. While at Lehigh, her management skills began to blossom as she took on the roles of President and New Member Educator of her sorority. Leigh Ann was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, Phi Eta Sigma and Order of Omega national honor societies.
After graduating college, Leigh Ann worked for a financial services firm in suburban Philadelphia with the intent of focusing on her investment background. It was there that Leigh Ann was introduced to the event planning industry and found her passion. She joined the corporate events team and began excelling in this field. Leigh Ann coordinated a wide variety of events including company-wide initiatives, small client meetings, recruiting events and social functions. She was also involved in marketing efforts including the corporate events website and company newsletter.
Shaunna Lee
Relationship Events and Associations Associate
Shaunna Lee, a recent Masters Program graduate of Shippensburg University, is excited to apply her passion for the field of communications to her role as Relationship Events Coordinator at Seamless Events Inc. 
While completing her Masters degree, she worked with a small business, utilizing market research and a comprehensive customer survey to create a marketing plan designed to increase the number of customers, sales, and the average dollars per sale for both their retail and online locations. As part of the marketing plan, she modified the company’s customer rewards program, improving customer utilization by creating more attainable point tiers for customers.
Most recently, she interned with the Director of Communications at the Pennsylvania Association of Elementary and Secondary School Principals (PAESSP) helping to coordinate membership communications and the annual state conference. Her responsibilities included the layout of the bi-weekly newsletter, monthly newsletter, and the quarterly magazine. She also collaborated with the Director of Communications in developing the new layout and flow of the new PAESSP website.
Shaunna graduated from Shippensburg University with a Masters Degree in Communications. In addition, she holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and a Certificate in Graphic Design.
Adria Eichner
Relationship Events and Associations Coordinator
Adria Eichner brings professionalism, organization and creativity to each event that she plans. She enjoys listening to every client's ideas and working with them to create a flawless finished product. With a diverse background in both marketing and events planning, Adria is excited to bring that combined knowledge to the world of association and events management. 
Adria recently received her Master of Arts in Strategic Communication from Villanova University. While she was completing her degree, Adria served as Public Affairs Coordinator for the Graduate Communication Department. Her responsibilities included planning networking events, writing the monthly newsletter, researching and booking speakers, writing press releases and serving as an on-site contact for regional conferences. During this time she also served as president of the Graduate Communication Student Council.
Most recently, Adria worked as Events Coordinator and Marketing Manager at Four Corners Management, a restaurant and bar collective in Philadelphia. She coordinated large and small-scale events for five center city restaurants and a private party facility. This included planning menus, designing location set-up and working within specific budgets to meet every customer's event needs. In order to increase interest in the private party offerings at each location, Adria utilized social and new media in addition to traditional media outlets. In addition to the events coordinating, Adria was in charge of an internal marketing team that worked to raise awareness about any special promotions at the locations, in turn leading to higher sales. During her time at Four Corners, Adria also partnered with many local charities to host fundraisers and raise awareness of their causes.
Hayley Tice
Relationship Events and Associations Coordinator
Hayley Tice's is a skilled planner with an eye for artful design, careful attention to detail and an ability to create distinctive event environments. Her exceptional organizational skills allow her to meet deadlines, prioritize and provide excellent customer service. She also has a unique ability to analyze potential problems before an event and realize solutions while onsite. 
She graduated from Chapman University in Orange, California where she majored in Public Relations and Advertising at the Dodge College of Film and Media Arts. She always knew she wanted to work in events, after college instead of joining an agency she worked as a special event consultant at a prop company. There she learned how to create an ambiance using only lighting, flowers and linens. Although she worked with many elements such as props, tents, draping, trussing, spandex, LED dance floors/staging and table décor, simple is sophisticated.
Hayley decided to expand her genre and take the challenge of working with a non-profit organization, where she ventured into project management, publication writing, program development, talent management and professional presentations.
She recently moved to Philadelphia from Southern California and hopes that her experiences there will provide a fresh perspective and approach for Seamless clients.
Becca Siglin
Relationship Events and Associations Coordinator
Becca Siglin is known for a meticulous eye and quick-on-her-feet, problem-solving abilities that prevent any detail from falling through the cracks. Pulling from her varied event background, she has creative ideas that can make an event of any size and scope perfect. 
While in college, Becca worked summers executing weddings and corporate events at a resort flower shop. It was here that her interest in events was sparked and her unique eye for design was developed.
Becca graduated from Saint Joseph's University, Magna Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Communications. She was a member of Mu Kappa Tau National Marketing Honor Society, Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honor Society and selected as one of the Philadelphia Ad Club's "Rising Stars." In addition, Becca has a Certification in Meeting Planning from Temple University.
After graduating college, Becca interned at an Association Management company learning the nuts and bolts of association planning. Most recently, she worked as a Marketing Assistant at a large media company in Philadelphia. When asked to be challenged with planning internal events, it is here that Becca shined. She coordinated a variety of events including 500 person client open houses, President's Club award dinners, client sponsored events and corporate-wide initiatives.
Jasmine Saghafi
Relationship Events and Associations Coordinator
Jasmine Saghafi's expertise in public relations and communications and her desire for perfection with all aspects of event planning, fundraising and PR started with the planning and execution of a high end designer Fashion Show during Fashion week in New York City. This is where her passion and attention to every detail, proactive qualities and problem solving skills came alive. Jasmine brings new ideas and perspectives to every project and client that she meets. 
Jasmine is a graduate of St. John's University, Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and Mass Communications. Upon graduation, she began working at the City of Elizabeth, NJ (City Hall) as a Public Relations Assistant with her responsibilities including writing and distributing press and news releases; assisting in the planning and coordination of community events; and working on various non-profit programs beneficial to residents of the City.
Most recently before joining Seamless Events, Jasmine served as the Community Relations Coordinator with the New Jersey State Legislature for the 20th District of New Jersey. Jasmine wore multiple hats to increase the awareness of state programs, new bills, legislation and programs with the Assembly members and local community. She also served as a liaison between constituents of the district and various State Departments in order to solve complex constituent problems. Jasmine created, implemented and executed in the planning and coordinating of special events within the district and state such as publicity campaigns, community education forums, speaking engagements, community food/clothing/toy drives and numerous fundraisers. Her energetic, hardworking and strong communication and relationship building skills is a wonderful contribution to the Seamless Events team.
Amy Acquarola
Relationship Marketing Manager
Amy Acquarola, possesses an unmatched passion for the creativity and collaboration that make up the world of Event and Association Management. Her resourcefulness and propensity to go above and beyond have created lasting memories for each and every client, no matter how small or large the event. 
Amy started her career working in the field of Public Relations and Event Management. Her work responsibilities included everything from developing and implementing marketing campaigns and writing press releases to managing both small and large scale conferences and events. Thereafter, she decided to refine her creative talents and writing skills and joined one of the most successful interactive advertising agencies in the country, where she continued to apply her original and innovative ideas to national and well-renowned clients.
Amy is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of West Chester University where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies. While in college, she was an Intern in the County of Delaware’s Department of Public Relations. She also served as the University’s Vice-President of The Association for Women in Communications—a national organization for the advancement of women in communications disciplines, and held the position of Vice-President for Lambda Pi Eta—a Communication Studies Honor Society.
Chris Breslin
Relationship Association and Events Aide
Chris Breslin is a true asset to the Seamless team as she applies her organizational skills and friendliness towards all contributions. With this experience and dedication, Chris brings a special kind of energy to the team ensuring she can provide support wherever her expertise is needed. 
Chris brings years of managerial and customer service skills to the team. Prior to joining the Seamless Events team, for 15 years Chris was a well-respected Group Manager in several departments for the retailer, Macys. Chris managed over 30 employees which involved ensuring they were representing the business with the upmost professionalism as well as ensuring they followed all rules, fulfilled all quotas and followed the working scheduled she organized for best floor coverage. She dedicated her time to the company paying attention to every detail in her role.
Chris has an eye for ensuring things have the 'look' they need to catch people's attention and interest.
She managed the inventory in each department, and, when necessary, transferred merchandise when it was not selling as well as organized new inventory sections with vendors. Chris negotiated with buyers for merchandise on a weekly basis which helped contribute to the growth and revenue of the department. An aggressive professional, Chris performed revenue analysis based on the performance of the department on a weekly basis and challenged her team to continue to better.
Chris graduated from Philadelphia Textiles (now Philadelphia University) with a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising. Chris and her husband Mike along with their 3 children, Jason, Hannah and Ryan, reside in the Delaware County, PA area. When not busy with the Seamless Events team, you will find Chris dedicating a lot of time to her local church where she manages the entire scrip program which benefits the students of the grade school. You will also see her volunteering her time at the children's school and keeping the kids active in extracurricular activities.
Kelly Rice
Relationship Association and Events Intern
Kelly Rice is a senior at West Chester University and will be graduating in May. Her major is communication studies. Kelly has a passion for planning events, which she believes comes from her creative personality and loving to create memories for others. Helping others is very important to Kelly and she tries to do that as much as possible. Kelly is positive, outgoing, and likes to have fun! In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and dancing! Kelly is eager to learn as much as she can in the Event & Association Management industry and to grow from her experiences!
